"i enjoy running since a few years ago. whenever i feel like stress out and can't breath, i run. whenever i just think of to figure out somthing which has been bothering my mind, i run. and whenever i feel like to run, i just run. hehe...a very simply reason. how i love to jog is not only for a well-being, and also to clear up my head/mind from time to time.
i have no ideas how many miles i could make for rest of my time, and i couldn't imagine what would happen at next second. i just enjoy each step that i make at the moment as where i am.
however, i hope to keep like this way for good and til' the day i couldn't run anymore..." -
